Everything is how you see on pictures - fabulous, spotless, 5* experience all the way. Starting from the location just across the fabulous Garcia Sanabria park Rooms are clean, comfortable and very well maintained. Perfect yard with the bar, restaurant, swimming pool, gym and spa, very pleasant to stay around, relaxed, easy going and very professional personnel l maintaining very high hotel standards. Every single request was full filled with ease, no matter what it was. Food selection during breakfast is excellent and the dinner in Mencey restaurant is superb! I can easily say that, if you go for a half board, you won’t regret it - there is no way to have a meal matching the fabulous quality of Mencey restaurant anywhere in the city. Snacks and cocktails at the pool bar are also great. There are occasional fresh juice circling around at no charge. During the breakfast also, very convenient. Hotel was so kind to make us lunch packages due to early check out.

The stay at this hotel made our visit to Santa Cruz special. The hotel is located close to a beautiful park. The views from the hotel on the mountains and the city by night are amazing. I am happy we upgraded to a room with a garden view terrace, as the garden is something unique, with lots of trees, vegetation and even a turtle pool. The breakfast buffet, with a wide variety to choose from, and provided with fresh orange juice and fresh made smoothies, and with the option to sit outside under a palm tree, was a total experience. There is a very nice swimming pool, big, with long hours of sun and plenty of hammocks. The decoration is simple, elegant and classy, while keeping the style of the old building.

Very nice and beautiful 5 star hotel, definitely worth its price. We were staying in better double rooms, next to each other, which was nice as we were there with another friends couple. Clean, spacious and beautiful rooms, attentive staff, very nice and wide breakfast choice, everyday you could find something new, possibility both to order from menu and to choose anything from the buffet. Very nice surroundings, few bars to spend time, nice pool, complimentary smoothies during the day. Very good location.
